My family and I love the location of this hotel. It's a little outdated, and maintenance is needed throughout the rooms. It's okay to stay for a day or two.

I like the area where is located, either you alone or with company you enjoh it, been right at Bayside you need no company to explore or too have a drink. That is what i love about the alocation. I have been staying at the hotel, from time i started to travel to Miami wish us about 25 years or so

The hotel need to have a bellman in a dayli basis, when you need help with your luggage, there is not one to help you.

Staff was very accommodating. Location was close to great restaurants and the Miami Book Fair.

Beds were too high...they were hard to get into...even in a handicapped room. Toilet was too low...even in handicapped room. There is a "ledge" in the doorway going from the hallway into the bathroom. It is very easy to not notice it and stumble over it into the bathroom. I'd be surprised if someone hadn't stumbled and fallen over it and hurt themselves when they fell onto the bathroom floor.

It was ok for a one night stay.

Location was close to the Bayside market. Walking distance to Mc D's and a few eateries.

There was no sign on the outside of the hotel so using GPS to find the property was kinda a nightmare. We circled the block many times trying to find it. Not the cleanest / smokey smell filled the hallways. Just wasn't what I expected from a Holiday Inn facility. Ours in my hometown are typically nicer, more modern, and non-smoking.

It was ok. Price should have been a little cheaper though for what we got

Most of the staff was great and very helpful.

Downstairs was nice, but the room itself was dusty (on the carpeted floor) and hairs that wasn’t for us in the bathroom

Great stay! Worth the money!

I liked the view of Bayside, the comfort of the beds, and the location which was pretty accessible to everything.

I did not like that the restaurant only served alcoholic beverages after 6 pm and the food was not all that good as well.

The location was perfect it is directly across the street from Bayside Market.

Needs a little updating the sofa in our room was worn out. But everything else was good.

Staff was very helpful. Bed was awesome: had a firm mattress, bedding sheets were spot clean and neatly ironed. Bathroom was clean and comfortable. AC was working fine and room smell was nice. Safe box was working perfectly. Excellent location.

Common areas like hallways and lobby were not very clean due to smokers in some areas. Can get loud at night with slamming of doors, my door required a strong grip and pull because it did not close seamlessly. I suggest improving doors to prevent air flow coming in and out at the bottom and also reducing noise.

The location is the best. It is close to the all historic places and public transportation. If you fly to Miami, you don't need a car!

You get what you pay for.

The hotel is in an ideal spot in front of Bayside, within walking distance. After a specific hour, the front doors are locked for safety but you are able to gain entry access to the hotel with the room key. It is also close to a metro/subway entry, so it is very convenient. It is not a fancy hotel, but it was literally a place to go to sleep and then go on with the day.

The pool area seemed small and unattended. Upon arrival, the room wasn't ready and they made us wait about an hour before checking us in, and that was only because I told them that I had dinner reservations. Also, the guys that work there are not the friendliest, which I get, not all days will be great, but they can work on customer service.

Loved how close this property was to Brickell, AA Arena, Bayside Market & to many different transportation options.

When we arrived, the bedding was a bit stained, along with the tub. This issue was taken care of quickly! Also there was no fridge or microwave inside of the room which made us waste a bit of food during our stay.

The staff was very friendly! It’s pretty quiet and spacious!

Need to clean a little more and if your staying more then 2 days they should be changing out your trash and bringing in news wash cloths and towels but we had to keep asking.
